A couple important reminders:

#1: Come in and weigh in for our NO-vember NO-Gain Drawing.  Lets stay accountable to our health this holiday season! More information at COR!

#2: November payments are due now!  COR is making some big changes to benefit and support our members... With these changes we need everyone paying consistently and paying on time.  There are two ways that you can help:
          - PREFERED Sign up for Reoccurring Paypal  at (on a computer).  COR
             will be able to draw your membership conveniently on the 1st of each month!  You are in
             control of what card is used and can cancel payments at any time.
          - Credit Card, Cash and check payments. STARTING DECEMBER 1ST payments will need to
             be submitted BY the 1st.
          - Sadly, we need to start charging a late fee.  Unless we receive an email with prior 
             explanation, please include a $10 late charge with your monthly payment.  We hate to do
             this, so please, if this might be you, we encourage you to sign up for PayPal.  If you need
