Rest Day 

We say it all the time... and we hope that it really sets into your every day thinking...

You have opportunities every day to change and adapt your body and mind to be healthier and happier.  Every single time that  you make a good decision about food or exercise - your telling your body that there is a need to change.  But, the flip side of this is, that every time you let yourself have a "cheat meal or snack" or "accidently over eat" or "skip todays workout" - your telling your body that it can remain in the same state that it is.  No excuses - change takes change!!
 Fuel for the body you want... not the body you have!
