Hey COR Crew I hope all those participating in the event tomorrow at least heard throughout the week to show up at 8:00am….if not this is your notice!!! Show up at or before 8:00am!!! Between 8:00 and 8:45 we will get your signed in, go over the event schedule, find out what heat your team is in, get team pictures, and a large group picture! and go over the rules for workout #1. Can’t wait to see every in the morning. Get some good rest!!!

With the tournament coming up this Saturday we will be reviewing rope climbs for those participating in the tournament who are still learning and practicing. We will also be working on deadlifts to help the tournament members strategies how they want to to advance their deadlift weights. Make sure if you are participating in the tournament to workout all the kinks now….spend some extra time in stretches and mobility work!!!

This is a zombie game! This is how it works:
Those that are dressed as zombies will start 3 minutes after the non zombies (living). The zombies are trying to catch up to the living. If a zombie catches a living the living must do 25 burpees, if a zombie finishes without catching a living then they must do 25 burpees. If an entire class comes as the living then all must do 25 burpees.
